Our facility is Clean, and Safe, and our Coaches have a Level 1 or Level 2 CrossFit certificate. We believe that personal Physical Fitness is a great start to a Healthy and fit life style . We work with our clients in a personal and positive atmosphere.We are a Christain owned family business that loves Jesus, Family and Country. On Saturdays, we offer a free, safe, and positive class called “The Phoenix” for those that struggle with substance abuse and it’s open to the community.
